If you’re looking for a water soluble embroidery backing or topping that will perform with no headache or complication, the original Solvy rolls from Gunold are perfect for you. Solvy is an ideal topping for high pile fabrics like polar fleece or terry. Solvy will hold the pile of the material down so the design will not be compromised. A simple spray with water after the Solvy is torn away will help remove any remaining film. Solvy works as a great backing, too, on any product where a quick water spritz removal of the Solvy backing is desirable.
